This integration lets you share call snippets, summaries, transcripts, and meeting notes from Outdoo directly into Slack. Roleplay outcomes and coaching insights can also be distributed the same way, so reps see what good looks like and managers can highlight progress without anyone leaving Slack.
What Can This Integration Do?
- Drive Better Collaboration: Share call snippets, recordings, and transcripts directly from Outdoo to Slack. Collaborate effortlessly by keeping everyone in the loop on critical conversations.
- Automate Task Sharing: With Insights AI, Outdoo automates the generation of call summaries, captures customer requirements, and builds meeting minutes (MoMs). These summaries are automatically shared with your team via the Slack channel of your choice.
- Real-time Updates: Keep your team updated in real-time with key conversation insights, ensuring that both sales and marketing teams are aligned.
How to Integrate Slack with Outdoo
- Go to the Integrations Page: Log into your Outdoo account and navigate to the Integrations page under Settings.
- Click 'Connect': Find the Slack icon and click the Connect button
- Choose your workspace: If you haven't logged in already, you will be asked choose your Slack workspace. Select your workspace.
- Authorize Outdoo : A new page will open for authorization. Grant Outdoo access to connect with your Slack account by clicking Allow.
- Complete the Integration: Once authorized, you will be redirected to the Outdoo integrations page where Slack will now show as "Connected."
Now, you can share conversations, call snippets, and summaries with your team effortlessly using Slack, ensuring that collaboration and communication flow smoothly.
How to configure Slack with Outdoo and share call snippets to Slack channels
You can use our Share Call feature to send call snippets over Slack.
To send, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your Outdoo account at https://app.outdoo.ai/
2. Go to Conversation -> Calls page from the left sidebar
3. Click on a call of your choice .
4. Click on Share call -> Share Internally
5. Click on Share via Slack and choose channel of your choice from the dropdown where you want your alerts to be sent
6. Click on Share
7. The call details with the recording link will be sent to your desired Slack channel
