How to integrate Gong with Outdoo
- Open Outdoo → Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Gong
- Generate a Gong API Key (Gong admin required):
- Go to Admin Center → Ecosystem → API
- Click Get API Key to receive access key and access key secret
- Add credentials in Outdoo and Save, then Test
- Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Gong
- Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → set scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
