Clari is a conversation intelligence platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes customer calls across the team. By integrating Clari with Outdoo AI, you can take selected recordings and turn them into AI roleplays, giving your team a way to practice the exact objections and conversations already captured in Clari.

This integration lets you create AI roleplays from real calls, build custom roleplay agents based on specific buyer personas, and use coaching insights from each attempt to sharpen rep performance. Clari continues to handle analytics while Outdoo focuses on practice, coaching, and skill improvement.

• Coach faster: Build custom roleplay bots from selected recordings - set custom scenarios, buyer personas, and goals for targeted practice.

• Measure outcomes: Track attempts, scores, and feedback inside Outdoo.

How to integrate Clari Copilot with Outdoo

‍

1. Open Outdoo → Settings → Integrations → Conversation Intelligence → Clari Copilot
2. Secure credentials from Clari: Request API key and password from Clari.
3. (If time-bound) Verify the end date of your Copilot access for migrations.
4. Have your Outdoo Customer API Key handy.
5. Add Clari key/password in Outdoo, Save, then Test
6. Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Clari Copilot
7. Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → set scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
